T96M Dark-grey

Great chair! Very comfortable and supportive! I had to reach out to customer service for a question and they were quick and responsive! Great service and very happy with the product!

I find the chair comfortable and a good value for the money. I found the assembly relatively easy using the instructions provided. My only concern (minor) is that the base cover can’t be secured. I often stretch my legs under the chair and it moves freely when I inevitably hit it with my heals. It’s an extraneous part that is included for cosmetic purposes and it can be removed. I recommend not installing the base cover.

Comfortable chair, casters move easily on hard surfaces. Very easy to assemble, instructions are great. I really like that the arms can move up/down and adjust left/right. The back support is sturdy and works great for me. The fabric is very breathable. The seat is slightly narrower than expected, so perhaps not perfect with people with larger legs.

This chair sets a new standard for me. It's a excellent chair and Elabest has outstanding customer support. I work from home and need a chair I can sit comfortably in for 8 to 9 hours. This chair has all the features of an upscale brand and sets a high benchmark for competitors. The mesh is a must. It's well crafted enough to take me from dropping into and out of the chair. The only addition mods I had to do was buy the headrest and pads for the armrests. Rollerblade wheels are a must too! I will admit that I wasn't fond of the assembly process, but that's with ever chair. It was as easy as it could have been. Overall I'm very satisfied. I'll always recommend these chairs not only for their comfort, but I have a high appreciation for outstanding customer support when you need it and Ada couldn't have been a better help. Highly recommend this chair and the Elabest brand.

I have assembled or helped assemble many office chairs over the years. The instruction sheets and fit of parts on those chairs always aggravated me. This chair comes with an actual manual with instructions and other information. The screws, etc. are numbered in the package and also says where that part will be used. All of the pieces and parts easily matched up during assembly. I was able to adjust the height and tilt exactly how I like it. It’s a comfortable chair that looks nice.
