Great office chair

Completely got rid of my back pain!

I'd been having terrible back pain for weeks and I finally realized it was my previous work chair. I sit at my desk at least 8 hours a day. After doing some research, I decided to go with this one and it was the best choice I ever made. Within 2 days my awful back pain was completely gone. The chair is extremely comfortable and the seller even sent me a cushioned seat cover for free. 10/10 recommend.

Posture and my backside comfort

So far it's outstanding after a few weeks. It is the definition of ergonomic because of all the adjustable options and, for me, most importantly is how vertical/forward and I can sit and armrest adjustments. Over the years I have always bought the cushion leathery types and could not find one within my cheapskate price range that fit me like this - I still used an extra seat seat cushion. Anyway, my point is I am happy with it. BTW, I put the roller blade style wheels on it hoping it would roll better on my area rug - it does so perfectly. Initially I thought I wanted the seat cover but I am glad I ended up opting for the wheels. Customer service has been awesome. Nothing was wrong, my comms with service was due to asking for the wheels vice the seat cover, which is currently on backorder and I didn't want to wait the 2-3 weeks.

Day 1 and so far I’m really enjoying it. It was definitely an upgrade from my previous regular old office chair. The back and neck are very supportive and comfortable. I still need to play with the lumber adjustment. I find the arms being able to turn inward is helpful when gaming, and at fully reclined, it’s great for watching tv.

Very high quality to price ratio

Shocking level of quality given the price. I own a Herman Miller chair and took a gamble on this chair given the price. Suffice to say the quality is up there with my Herman Miller. It looks beautiful as well. The chair feels dense. The armrest is well put together. The screws are thick and come pre coated with locktite. It also has a headrest and foot rest that my Herman Miller does not have. A lot of thought has been put into this chair from the clear instructions, to headrest cover, to arrows on the pieces to tell you the orientation during installation. Probably the best value chair I have ever bought.
